Drive features

One workspace for every file, start to finish.

Cloud storage with document editing built in — secure cloud storage for business that lets you organize, preview, edit, sign, and share every file type your team touches, without switching to a desktop app.

Smart organization

Folders, drag-and-drop uploads, breadcrumbs, instant search by name, and bulk actions that keep thousands of files tidy.

Rich inline previews

Open images, PDFs, video, audio, code, and Office docs right in the browser — no download required.

Edit a PDF online, not just view it

Most cloud storage can only preview a PDF. Here you can edit a PDF online, free on every account — change and add text, annotate, highlight, fill form fields, and sign it — then write, calculate, and present with Word-, Excel-, and PowerPoint-style editors that export real .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx files.

Business file sharing with an audit log

Invite collaborators with Viewer, Commenter, or Editor roles, or send a controlled link with expiry and a password — and every share, permission change and access event is written to that file’s own log, which is the evidence trail a compliance review or a client audit asks for.

Comments on every file

Feedback stays attached to the file itself and gated by role, not scattered across a side channel.

Always right where you left it

Jump back into recent work, star what matters, and restore anything from Trash until you choose to delete it for good.

How we are different

Everything above is on every account

Most cloud storage keeps its best tools for a business plan — signing a PDF, putting a password on a link, seeing who opened a file. In NevTan Drive those are not a tier, they are the product. The only thing a paid plan adds is room.

Features FAQ

Secure cloud storage for business, answered

What is included on every account, which formats you can actually edit, and what running the whole thing in a browser tab means.

Can I edit a PDF online for free?

Yes. The PDF editor is on every account, free ones included: change and add text, annotate, highlight, fill form fields, and sign. The file stays in your Drive rather than going out to a third-party converter, and it saves back to the same PDF in the same place. Most cloud storage only previews a PDF.

Is this secure cloud storage for business?

Yes, and the controls a business needs are not a tier: authenticated sessions on every private route, Viewer/Commenter/Editor roles per file, share links you can expire, password-protect or make preview-only, and a per-file audit log. They are on free accounts too — only storage is ever paid for.

Which file types can I edit rather than just store?

PDFs, Word documents, Excel workbooks, PowerPoint decks and plain text or code. The editors open and save the original format — a .docx goes back out as a .docx — so there is no conversion step and no formatting lost on the round trip.

Does business file sharing with an audit log cost extra?

No. Every share, permission change and access event is written to the file’s own log on every account. Most storage products put that behind an enterprise edition; here it is part of the file.

Can I try it without installing anything?

Yes. Everything — previews, all four editors, sharing and the audit log — runs in a browser tab, on a laptop or a phone. There is no desktop agent and no app to install.
